It's All About Serving Others

Serving enables us to use our gifts in the body of Christ and in the world so we can become all God has created us to be. We are poised as instruments in God's hand to do great exploits and accomplishments for His kingdom: "For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do" (Eph. 2:10 NIV).

God has brought you to Bethel to be a vital part of changing lives and shaping the destinies of those around you. From our Soup Kitchen at the Salvation Army Outreach Centre to our parking lot attendants, small groups, and outreach ministries, there is a place for everyone to serve.

We believe in on-the-job training. Your ministry may involve very little orientation or require something more extensive, but we don't want to stop you from getting started. When you are ready to begin, stop by and let our leaders help you get started. Here is a list of some of the more prominent ministry opportunities where you can serve:

  2. Bring your card to the Sunday service and place it in the offering plates or the Bethel Church Office, and turn it in there.

  3. Our volunteer coordinator will contact you to set up a short interview where you can express your heart, your experiences, your passion, and all that God is leading you to do.
