In the fall of 2020, God has opened the door for me to give pastoral leadership to the wonderful congregation of Bethel Evangelical Missionary Church here in Lindsay.

God has incredible plans for all of us here at Bethel. I can hardly wait to first experience the extraordinary working of God in and through us and then to testify of His loving mercy to all who call Bethel Home. May we all get excited as God leads us forward into His preferred future.

Romans 8:31. “What shall we say about such wonderful things as these? If God is for us, who can ever be against us?”

Mike and Judy have been a part of the Bethel family since 2003. They have been actively involved with ministry within the church since 2004. Judy and Mike started with the youth ministry by serving the grade 7 – 8 as a small group then they became the Youth Directors in 2005. This roll has evolved over the years to becoming Directors of Generations Ministry within the church. This roll encompasses Unstoppables (Sunday School), Flashpoint (Youth Grade 7 – 12) and Relevant (Young adults college and careers). They acknowledge that they would never be able to serve in these areas of the church body aside from the call of and help of the Lord Jesus in their lives and the constant support and commitment of their leadership teams, who have shown to be equally passionate to serve this generation over the years.

Jonathan has been volunteering in the Audio Visual department for 15+ years and has been added to the staff since 2021. He has a heart to reach the world through technology and is always researching and testing new technologies.

He has been married for 7 years and has a young family of 3 kids. He can be found playing soccer and enjoys watching all sorts of sports.

Matt and Karen have been in ministry together their married lives starting out in the EMCC and also serving in other denominations. They have served children, youth and young adults as well as team building for worship ministry. Matt has a passion for recording and mixing music and helping others produce their own music. Karen has a strong passion for personal and corporate worship, loves singing and songwriting even from childhood and has a deep desire to encourage others to pursue their musical ministry and grow in their walk with the Lord.

Their hearts desire is to invest and build into people to see God's Kingdom grow through connection, prayer ministry, outreach and times of meaningful worship.

Roxanne has been on staff with Bethel for over 6 yrs. With years of practical experience in Administration, she is a great gift to Bethel and helps keep the weekly activities moving in the right direction. She has a real heart for people to know the truth and that they are valued. You will find her door open to help whenever she is at the office.
